She is a wonderful person and Masseuse. My husbands coworker recommended Susan and I am so happy she did. I have degenerative arthritis in my spine and have a small dowagers hump and carry a lot of stress. She can feel where my pain is before I even tell her. She also tends to every part of the body, where most masseuses don't as you need to pay extra for the services that Susan provides, such as pressure point, aromatherapy, stretching, stripping (muscles), and she also does Reikki. She strips my arms, which helps with the onset of carpel tunnel and arthritis in the arms and knows how to handle the arthritis in my neck. Essential oils are used very generously and are very lovely. She also does various stretches which always make me feel an inch taller by the time she's done with me! I have been to both her Office on Sunrise and her home office. She has three lovely dogs which I found therapeutic to be around. She is incredibly generous and goes above and beyond for her clients. I saw her last night and told her I wasn't sleeping well and had a big day today. She offered to lend me a new oil infuser and provided me a generous sample of a sleeping oil to help me through the night. I ended up purchasing it, as it is something that I think I want to start using every night. I highly recommend her... however if you are used to an incredibly fancy salon this is not the place for you. Everything is clean and very comfortable and serene at BOTH locations, however some people expect fancy and this is not fancy. As a former massage therapist, I am VERY picky on the massage I get. I told Susan I like my massage deep, therapeutic and nurturing. Boy did she deliver! Most massage therapists massage the way that they would like to be massaged, and Susan is intuitive, kind, thorough and lives her life with honest passion. I found her through Groupon and I continue to go to her! Even if I have to beg, steal and borrow to do it. She has even inspired me to get my license going again. LOVE YOU SUSAN! My appointment with Susan was amazing honestly I was not sure what to expect as I have only had foot and body massages in a sitting position with my clothes on. I have given plenty of massages to my loved ones and definitly needed to treat my self to one. When I came to the appointment she explained everything that would take place and that really made me very comfortable. I like a firm hand when I get a massage but still gentle and Susan is very strong and gentle. I tend to get a lot of back pain and after having three kids and being a hair stylist who is on my feet all day I did not realize how much I really needed this for myself.
